Lead Time & Shipping


Lead time: Most of our products are handmade and made by order. Please allow 7 - 10 work days for orders to be made and engraved. Allow 2 - 3 days for delivery (depending on loaction) Lead time will depend on when payment has cleared, artwork received and artwork approved before we engrave. Courier or Collection: Collections can be made at our office in Gordon's Bay, office hours only and by appointment only. Monday - Thursday 9am - 16am Friday 9am - 1pm Free courier if you spend a R2000 online. Courier cost to Cape Town and surrounding areas – R85 Courier costs to Major Cities – R90 (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Durban, East London, PE, George) Postnet - Postnet - R99 Courier costs to the rest of SA – R125

Prices on certain items can change at any time without any notice. Quote issued will only be valid for the date mentioned




Artwork


Artwork uploaded for engraving: * High Resolution PDF or Vector File * Mention the font used for your particular artwork * We keep logo's on file, if you have bought from us before you don't need to resend your artwork unless your details have changed. Artwork will be send to you via email for approval, do reply when received to prevent any delays in your order.




Store Policy


Quote, Payment & Lead Time *Do enquire stock availability if items shows 'out of stock' or if your quote has expired. *Full payment is required to confirm your order *Orders are confirmed and lead time of 7 - 10 working days will commence once 1)proof of payment is received 2)funds have cleared and 3) Artwork received in correct format *Allow 5 extra work days for Custom made wooden boxes & Staining of products Refund Policy *Full refunds available on USB products only. Clients must report faulty Flash Drives to our team within 14 days from receiving USB's Engraving & Artwork *Quote's does not include designing fee's of any artwork unless specified otherwise. Client is responsible to submit their own artwork in High Resolution to avoid additional Designing Fees. *If applicable: Engraving on box lid may be included up to a certain size artwork, to have artwork done on entire box lid may occur additional cost depending on size. *If applicable: 1 side engraving on USB is included *Trésor will not be held responsible for any mistakes on engraving if artwork was approved via email and not informed of changes to be made. Wood Products *Slight variations in the wood finish may accur as it is natural raw wood. Bending might occur due to climate changes in different areas. Wood materials can crack, bend, shrink and swell over time. *Pine Wood boxes are not treated with any aftercare materials Courier Service *Physical address to be provided for this service *Client will be held responsible for additional cost, If parcel is undelivered due to wrong address given or no person present to sign for parcel.

Return Policy


We will happily give a full refund or replacement on non working Flash Drives ONLY and acceptable within 14 days of receiving your product. We do not accept refunds or returns on any personalised or custom orders except on Flash Drives (as stated above on those conditions) unless the order was faulty or an error was made by Trésor. Please make sure you understand the product you buy and the material that was used to make it. *Most products in store are handmade locally with natural RAW materials sourced nationally. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please email us at tresorpackaging@gmail.com. Your feedback is important to us and by using the guidelines, Terms & Conditions and all other Policy's stated in our store , we will determine a fair judgement on returning or refunding goods.
