We will happily give a full refund or replacement on non working Flash Drives ONLY and acceptable within 14 days of receiving your product. We do not accept refunds or returns on any personalised or custom orders except on Flash Drives (as stated above on those conditions) unless the order was faulty or an error was made by Trésor. Artwork uploaded for engraving: * High Resolution PDF or Vector File * Mention the font used for your particular artwork * We keep logo's on file, if you have bought from us before you don't need to resend your artwork unless your details have changed. Artwork will be send to you via email for approval, do reply when received to prevent any delays in your order.

Wood Products *Slight variations in the wood finish may accur as it is natural raw wood. Bending might occur due to climate changes in different areas.
