SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 7 - 10 Working days (if not specified otherwise) via courier (economy).
Allow 2 – 5 days for delivery, depending on location.
For rushed orders; Please specify on your order if you need Overnight or Same day (CPT only) courier service
Customers are welcome to arrange their own courier service.
Kindly note that most of our items are handmade and made to order.
Lead time will only take effect after full payment and artwork is received.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will happily give a full refund or replacement on non working Flash Drives ONLY and acceptable within 14 days of receiving your product.
We do not accept refunds or returns on any personalised or custom orders except on Flash Drives (as stated above on those conditions) unless the order was faulty or an error was made by Trésor Packaging. If a full refund is offered this may not included the courier cost on the order and only applies to the actual items bought. Trésor Packaging will only offer a full refund on goods, only if products are sent back via courier at buyers own expense and the goods are received unharmed or not changed in anyway by the buyer.
Please make sure you understand the product you buy and the material that was used to make it.
*Most products in store are handmade locally with natural RAW materials sourced nationally. Most Pine products are not treated with any substance.
